Project Overview
In today’s digital economy, maintaining a consistent social media presence across multiple platforms is critical for brand visibility and customer engagement. Yet, many small businesses and growing startups struggle with the operational overhead of managing content workflows — drafting, approving, scheduling, and posting across five or more platforms daily. Creating consistent content and posting across multiple platforms can be time-consuming and prone to human error.
To solve this, I designed and implemented an AI-driven Social Media Automation System that streamlines the end-to-end process of generating, scheduling, and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and TikTok.
This project demonstrates my ability to design scalable automation workflows, integrate AI content generation, and deliver measurable efficiency improvements in digital operations.
Brands often struggle with:
Time drain: Marketing teams spend hours copying and pasting content into different platforms, reducing focus on strategy and growth.
Error-prone workflows: Manual posting leads to missed deadlines, inconsistent branding, or even posting outdated material.
Scalability issues: As content volume grows, so do bottlenecks, making it nearly impossible to manage campaigns at scale without burning out teams.
As a result, marketing teams lose time and momentum, while audience engagement suffers.
The Solution (My Approach)
I built a centralized automation pipeline powered by Make.com, Zapier, and Google Sheets.
1. Content Management
Google Sheets acted as the single source of truth for captions, links, and media.
Status updates in the sheet automatically triggered workflows.
2. AI-Powered Generation
Integrated OpenAI to generate dynamic captions and variations for different platforms.
Used JSON parsing to structure outputs for downstream posting.
3. Automated Scheduling & Posting
Make.com handled routing and posting to Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Zapier + Buffer scheduled posts for X and TikTok.
Dropbox integrated as a media repository for images/videos.
4. Tracking & Logging
Automated logs updated in Google Sheets after each post, ensuring transparency and error tracking.
Reduced manual posting effort by over 80%.
Ensured consistent multi-platform posting without duplication.
Created a reusable automation blueprint that scales to additional platforms.
Demonstrated the ability to bridge AI, automation tools, and real-world business needs.
Integrate analytics dashboards to track engagement and optimize content strategy.
Expand automation to include personalized audience targeting.
Incorporate multilingual content generation for global campaigns.
